No. The $179 is the only charge that happens automatically. The 30-day program trial ends with a clear choice: continue at $39/month (you have to actively opt in) or end the trial (do nothing, or cancel earlier). We send you a reminder email at Day 23 and another at Day 28. There is no surprise charge.

The Kit includes two dietary supplements (Blood Sugar Ultra, 60 capsules; Metabolic Wellness Formula, 180 capsules), one 30-minute virtual nurse education session, and a 30-day trial of the Living in Control™ program.

The 30-day Living in Control™ program trial begins on the date your Kit ships. After 30 days, the trial ends and you will not be automatically charged. To continue the program, you must affirmatively opt in to monthly membership at $39.00/month. You may cancel the program trial at any time during the 30 days with no further charges. Reminder emails are sent at Day 23 and Day 28 of the trial. Cancellation can be completed by clicking a link in any email, signing in to your account, or contacting customer support at 1-800-209-6057.
Supplements may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the supplement portion of the Kit ($57), provided products are unopened.
