Programs that reward weight loss or A1C drops can pressure people into reporting numbers that aren’t real, or into unhealthy behaviors. Worse, they imply that worth is measured by a metric. We don’t believe that.

What You Can't Redeem for — and Why.
Dietary supplements
Supplements come with FDA structure/function rules and your own doctor’s input. We don’t want VibePoints earned partly by attending a nurse education program to push you toward buying a supplement. That decision stays with you and your doctor, not with our rewards system.
Cash, gift cards, or transfers to other accounts
VibePoints are non-transferable store credit only. They can’t be exchanged for cash or moved to another person’s account.

Points stay in your account as long as your membership is active. If you cancel, points expire after 90 days unless you rejoin.

Referral cap to protect against abuse
NewLimit of 6 referrals (3,000 points) per calendar year. The same household, IP address, or email domain doesn't count for multiple bonuses.

We may adjust the program with notice
If we change earn rates or redemption value, current members will be grandfathered for 12 months and notified by email at least 30 days before changes take effect.

Why don't you reward weight loss or A1C drops?
Two reasons. First, programs that pay for outcomes can pressure people into unhealthy behaviors or into reporting numbers that aren’t accurate. Second, your worth as a member isn’t measured by a lab result. We pay you for the work you put in — the sessions, the modules, the showing up. The outcomes are between you and your doctor.
Why can't I use VibePoints on supplements?
Supplements come with FDA structure/function rules and require input from your doctor. If we let VibePoints earned partly through nurse education sessions discount supplements, we’d be creating a financial incentive linking our education program to product purchases. That crosses a line we’ve deliberately drawn. Your decision to take a supplement belongs to you and your doctor.
Do I need to sign up for VibePoints separately?
No. VibePoints are automatically included with HealthViber Membership. The moment you join, your account is created and your 200-point welcome bonus is credited.
How do I check my point balance?
Sign in to your member dashboard at healthviber.com/account, or check the rewards tab in the HealthViber app. Your balance updates in real-time as you earn and redeem.
Do points expire?
Not while your membership is active. If you cancel, points expire 90 days after your account closes unless you rejoin within that window, in which case your balance is restored.
What disclosure do I need to make for testimonials or referrals?
When you submit a testimonial, you’ll be asked to check a box confirming you’ll include a disclosure (“I’m a HealthViber member and received VibePoints for sharing this story”) if you share your testimonial publicly. For referrals, your unique referral link includes built-in disclosure language. The FTC requires these disclosures because point compensation creates a material connection between you and HealthViber that audiences deserve to know about.
Can I gift my points to another member?
Not currently. Points are tied to your account and can’t be transferred. If you’d like to support another member, our referral bonus (500 points to each of you when they join) is a built-in way to do that.
Are VibePoints taxable?
VibePoints earned through normal membership activity (sessions, modules) are treated as a customer loyalty rebate, which the IRS generally does not consider taxable income. Referral bonuses may be reported differently if they exceed $600 in a calendar year. Testimonial-related compensation may also require reporting. Consult your tax advisor for advice specific to your situation.
VibePoints program fine print
Loyalty program basics. VibePoints is a customer loyalty program offered by HealthViber Wellness. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, or transferred between accounts. Points are non-refundable and have no value outside the HealthViber shop.
FTC Endorsement Guides. HealthViber complies with the FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255). Members who receive points in exchange for testimonials, social media posts, or referrals are required to disclose this connection in any public communication. HealthViber provides disclosure language at the time of submission.
Scope of practice and FDA. HealthViber’s nurse Facilitators provide education only — they do not diagnose, prescribe, or recommend supplements or medications. Statements about dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. HealthViber products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Talk to your doctor before starting any supplement.
Program changes. HealthViber reserves the right to modify the VibePoints program at any time. Current members will be notified by email at least 30 days before any change to earn rates or redemption value, and existing point balances will be honored at the rate in effect when they were earned for a minimum of 12 months from any program change.
