Why we ask about your kitchen
A bag of fresh vegetables is a gift if you have a fridge, and a problem if you don't.
Most food maps don't ask. We do — because the point isn't finding a pantry, it's coming home with food you can actually eat.
Same with diabetes and blood pressure. If you tell us, we'll rank the pantries that stock lower-sodium and lower-sugar options first. If you'd rather not say, leave it — we'll match on everything else.

Do I have to prove anything?
Not to us. Some pantries ask for ID or an address — we tell you which ones before you go.
Is this only for people with diabetes?
No. Anyone can use it. If you do have a health need, we use it to rank the food better.
Will you share my information?
We send your first name and ZIP to the pantry only if they need it to serve you. Nothing is sold, ever.
What if the pantry turns me away?
Tell us and we'll send another referral the same day, and correct our record so it doesn't happen to someone else.
