Honest Answers About Cost and Commitment.
Why is the program only $39/month? Is the quality lower?
No — and we’re proud of that. HealthViber was built for uninsured and underinsured communities. We use a community-rooted delivery model (churches, community centers, virtual) instead of expensive clinic real estate, which lets us pass real savings to members. The nurses are credentialed (DCES or RN), and the education is the same education you’d pay $150–$300/session for elsewhere.
Do your nurses recommend which supplements I should take?
No. Our nurse Facilitators are educators, not prescribers. They don’t recommend supplements or medications — that’s between you and your doctor. What they do is help you understand diabetes, build daily habits, and prepare for productive conversations with your healthcare provider. If you’re interested in trying supplements, that’s a great topic for your next doctor visit.
Do you take insurance?
Not at this time. HealthViber Wellness is a self-pay practice — no prior authorizations, no claim denials, no surprise bills. You can use pre-tax HSA or FSA dollars on any tier.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Living in Control™ is month-to-month — cancel any time and you won’t be charged again. Your VibePoints and progress stay with your account if you decide to rejoin later.
What happens after the 30-day trial in the Kit?
Nothing automatic. After your 30-day trial, you choose whether to continue Living in Control™ at $39/month or stop. There’s no auto-charge surprise.
Can I move from one tier to another?
Yes — moving between tiers is welcome and common. Many members start with supplements, upgrade to the Kit when they’re ready for nurse-led education, then graduate to Living in Control™ when they want full program support.
Can I use HSA or FSA dollars?
Yes. All three tiers qualify as medical expenses for HSA and FSA accounts. We provide receipts and documentation your account administrator may require.
What if I can't afford even $39/month?
Talk to us anyway. During your free consultation, we’ll discuss HSA/FSA options, community-sponsored access through our church partnership programs, and employer wellness benefits that may apply. Cost should never be the only reason you don’t get the care you need.
