About our nurses: HealthViber Facilitators are nurse educators. They don't diagnose, prescribe, or recommend medications your employees' doctors do. Their job is education, habit-building, and support.

THE PROBLEM YOU ALREADY KNOW

Most workplace wellness programs don't work. We know that. So do your employees.

The honest version, before we make our pitch.

Workplace wellness has a credibility problem. The RAND analysis of corporate wellness programs found minimal impact on health outcomes or healthcare costs. JAMA published similar findings in 2019. Your employees have watched 15 years of step counters, app challenges, and "biometric screenings" that didn't change their lives.
HealthViber is a different category. We're not a screening platform, an app, or a one-time event. We're a year-long nurse-led education program delivered by credentialed CDCES and RNs. The work is education, accountability, and relationship not gamification.
We also won't claim things we can't substantiate. No "save $3 per dollar" promises. No ROI projections. What we offer is a credible, voluntary benefit that employees with or at risk for diabetes will genuinely use and that you can be proud to offer.

Why we don't display the per-employee price publicly: Pricing depends on company size, enrollment commitment, and whether you're adding to an existing benefits stack or replacing something. We're happy to share specifics on a 30-minute intro call and we don't waste anyone's time with multi-week sales cycles.

HOW THE PARTNERSHIP WORKS

Four steps. We handle the operational complexity.

From the intro call to live enrollment takes 4-6 weeks. Your benefits team’s job is essentially: introduce HealthViber to your workforce, then let us run it.

1

30-minute call

We learn about your workforce, your benefits stack, and your goals. We share pricing and answer questions. No pitch deck.

WEEK 1
2

Agreement & setup

Standard SaaS-style benefits agreement. Your legal team reviews. We set up your dedicated employer portal.

WEEKS 1–3
3

Launch communications

We co-design announcement emails, intranet copy, and a benefits-page summary in your company's voice.

WEEKS 3–5
4

Employees enroll

Anyone who wants to enroll does so directly with us. They confirm employment via a verification code you provide. That's the only contact between us and HR.

WEEK 6+

HIPAA & EMPLOYEE PRIVACY THE COMMITMENT IN PLAIN LANGUAGE

We will never share an employee's health information with you.

This is the single most important thing for HR and legal leaders to understand. HealthViber’s relationship is with each enrolled employee not with the employer. The employee owns their health information, and we don’t share it back.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE

  • Total number of enrolled employees (e.g., "127 employees enrolled")
  • Aggregated participation rate (e.g., "average attendance: 78%")
  • Aggregated cohort size and format (in-person vs. virtual)
  • An invoice based on enrolled count
  • Quarterly summary reports all anonymous, all aggregated

WHAT YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE

  • The names of who enrolled or who didn't
  • Individual session attendance for any employee
  • Any clinical information A1C, glucose, weight, anything
  • Notes from any session or message between Facilitator and employee
  • Any indication of which employees have diabetes or are at risk
The legal frame: Each enrolled employee enters a direct HIPAA-covered relationship with HealthViber. Their health information is theirs. We are not authorized to share it with their employer and we wouldn't want to. This protects you from ADA, GINA, and HIPAA exposure that other wellness vendors create. It also protects your employees from worrying that participation could affect their job.

THE MATH, HONESTLY

What it costs you. What it doesn't promise to save.

A real example, not a ROI claim.

Let's say you have 500 employees, and 60 of them choose to enroll over Year 1 (a 12% enrollment rate, which is what we typically see). At our per-employee rate (discussed on the call), here's the rough shape:

What it covers
Per employee
For 60 employees
50 weekly education sessions over 12 months
[per-employee rate]
total
1-on-1 Facilitator access for 12 months
included
included
App, materials, ongoing support

included
What we won't tell you: that this saves you $X in healthcare costs per dollar spent. Other wellness vendors will. The published research doesn't support their claims, and we won't pretend it supports ours. What we will tell you: enrolled employees consistently report better understanding of their condition, stronger daily habits, and a real relationship with their nurse Facilitator. The healthcare-cost question is one your benefits actuary can model we'll happily share enrollment data they need.

WHY HEALTHVIBER, SPECIFICALLY

Three things that separate us from typical wellness vendors.

real nurses healthviber

Real nurses, not chatbots

Every employee is matched with a CDCES or RN-credentialed Facilitator who stays with them for the full 12 months. The relationship is the program's most valuable feature.

education not screening healthviber

Education, not
screening

We don't run biometric screenings, health risk assessments, or any process that asks employees for sensitive medical information. They learn. They build habits. That's the work.

privacy by design healthviber

Privacy by design

Your employees enter a direct HIPAA-covered relationship with us. Their health information stays with them. We can't share it with you even if you asked and you can't be asked about it.

SCOPE OF PRACTICE

What this benefit is and what it isn't.

CLINICAL BOUNDARY

This is a nurse-led education program not a medical service.

Living in Control™ is delivered by CDCES or RN-credentialed nurse educators. They teach about diabetes, help employees build habits, and provide accountability. They do not diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, change treatment plans, or recommend supplements or specific therapies. Employees' physicians remain in charge of their medical care and the program helps employees have better conversations with those physicians. This is a workforce education benefit, not a medical benefit.

WHAT THEY DO

  • Teach about diabetes
  • Help employees build habits
  • Provide accountability
  • Help employees prep for doctor visits
  • Help employees understand their numbers

WHAT THEY DON'T DO

  • Diagnose any condition
  • Prescribe medications
  • Recommend supplements
  • Change treatment plans
  • Replace physicians

EMPLOYER FAQS

The questions HR and benefits leaders actually ask.

Does this comply with ADA, GINA, and HIPAA?

Yes, by design. Because enrollment is fully voluntary, free to the employee, and we don’t conduct screenings or biometric tests, the program sidesteps the most common compliance issues with workplace wellness. We don’t collect health risk assessments, we don’t ask family health history, and we don’t share individual employee information with you. Each employee enters a direct, HIPAA-covered relationship with HealthViber. We’re happy to share our compliance documentation and a sample BAA (Business Associate Agreement) with your legal team during the intro call.
