The date is on the listing. One we have not checked says so plainly rather than sitting there looking the same as one we have.

What people ask
How are my results ordered?
A town page puts the clinics somebody has rung first, then the rest. Coverage, appointment times and languages are not on the list yet, so nothing is ordered on them and nothing claims them.
Why are there no star ratings?
A star rating does not tell you whether a clinic can see you, what it costs or whether anybody there speaks your language. We would rather print a fact with a date on it than a score.
What happens when something has not been checked?
The listing says so, in words, on the row. A clinic nobody has rung never looks the same as one somebody has.
How are 16,455 listings kept current?
By ringing them. Every listing carries the date somebody last got through, and one with no date on it is a listing nobody has called yet.
Where do the listings come from?
From public directories, and then confirmed with the clinic itself. Which of the two a listing is, is said on the listing rather than left for you to guess at.
Can a clinic pay to appear higher?
No. There are no paid positions and no sponsored rows. Correcting a listing is free and does not move a clinic up.
Is it free, and do you sell my information?
It is free, it needs no account, and you contact the clinic yourself. Nothing you do here is sold and no clinical information about you enters the directory.
What if a clinic could not help me?
Tell us and we will check the entry and correct it, so the next person does not make the same journey.
