Before you start
When am I charged?
Your first box is charged at checkout, with the meter if you add it. Every box after that is charged when it’s due, every 30 days.
Do I need the meter?
Only if you don’t already have a VivaGuard Ino meter. The strips only work with that meter.
Can I add the meter later?
The meter can only come with your first box. If you need one later, it’s in the shop on its own.
How do I pause, skip or cancel?
Sign in to your account and open your plan. Pause, Skip the next box and Cancel are each one click, and cancelling asks once to be sure.
Can I change how many strips I get?
This plan is 100 strips and 100 lancets a month. Build Your Plan works out a different box for how often you test.
When will each box arrive?
Each box ships with a tracking number.
