Tell us and it ships today. You will not be charged twice and you will not have to prove anything. If the opposite happens and you are overstocked, we will skip your next box and not charge you, and you will get an email that says exactly that.
ProductsDo I need a prescription?
No. Test strips, lancets, meters and supplements here are all over-the-counter. If your insurance covers supplies and you would rather use it, do that; this is the cash-price option, which is often cheaper anyway.

VivaGuard Ino strips fit the VivaGuard Ino meter. For any other meter, call or text and we’ll check what fits.
ProductsHow is 25.9¢ a strip possible?
Strips cost pennies to make. The retail price is mostly coupon games, rebate mazes and middlemen. We buy at wholesale and sell at wholesale plus a thin margin, with the arithmetic printed on the product. There is no trick and no introductory rate that expires.
ProductsAre the supplements FDA approved?
No dietary supplement is. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA, and these products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Talk to your care team before adding anything, especially if you take medication.
Support & careWhat happens at the 90-day verdict?
We ring you. You tell us whether the supplement did anything against the reason you wrote down at checkout. Keep it, pause it, or drop it: dropped on the call, no form, nobody asking you to reconsider. We publish the aggregate results per product, including the drop rates.

Because pointing you somewhere isn't the same as helping. If the clinic was full or the strips didn't fit, we want to know, so we can fix it for you and for the next person.
Support & careDo you sell my information or take money from clinics?
No. The clinic list is free to be on and we take no fee for sending you anywhere. If we did, you could not trust the list. We do not sell customer data, full stop. If you ask us for help, we'll follow up once by text or email, whichever you chose, to ask whether you got what you needed. That's the only reason we contact you, and you can say no.
