Are supplies included?
No. Mentor Session Only is the 30-minute session and nothing is shipped. If you need a meter, strips or lancets, the Starter Kit + Mentor includes everything for $99.00, or you can buy supplies separately in the shop.
Does it matter which meter I have?
No. Bring the meter you use now, whichever it is, so John can see its memory and settings.
Is this medical advice?
No. A session helps you understand readings you already have. It doesn't diagnose or change your treatment. Questions about medication or targets go to your care team, and we'll help you prepare them.
What if I don't have many readings?
Bring whatever you have. A few readings written down are enough to start.
Can a family member join?
Yes. Caregivers are welcome to join.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
