Before you order
Is the meter easy to use?
Yes. The VivaGuard Ino has a clear screen and stores your recent readings. The guide walks you through your first check step by step.
Are 50 strips enough for 30 days?
Fifty strips last a month at one or two checks a day. How often to test is a question for your care team; if you test more often, Build Your Plan works out what you need.
What happens on the check-in?
A short call or text a few days after delivery, to make sure everything arrived, your meter is working and you know where to start in the guide. It is not a coaching session or medical advice.
Can I talk to a diabetes educator?
Yes. Starter Kit + Mentor adds a 30-minute session with John Mwesigwa, DCES, for $99.00. Mentor Session Only is the session on its own, for $65.00, if you already have a meter.
When will it arrive?
Delivery usually takes 4-6 business days. The kit ships free, and you get a tracking number once it is on its way.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 45 days of delivery. Email [email protected] for a return authorization; the full terms are on our Returns page.
Everything to test from day one, for $34.44.
